Shipping

We offer free shipping to customers within the United States. International shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. We are operating from 3  warehouses, US, Europe and Asia.  You can expect your package to arrive within 3-10 business days from the date of purchase, depending on the kind of product you ordered.

Returns

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may arrive damaged. In such cases, we offer a hassle-free return process to ensure your satisfaction.

If you wish to return an item, please follow these guidelines:

  1. Initiate the return process within 30 days of receiving your item by contacting our customer service team at customerservice@theoldcaptainco.com.
  2. Ensure that the item is in its original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags and packaging intact.
  3. Include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
  4. Wait for our customer service team to provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.
  5. Ship the item back to us using the provided return shipping label.

Please note that items returned without prior authorization or not meeting the above criteria may not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
